The Build, Own and Transfer (BOT) Agreement between the Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA) and the Colombo West International Container Terminal (Private) Limited was executed on 30th September 2021, with regards to the development of the West Container Terminal-1 in the Port of Colombo.
